What does this certification mean?

Nadcap program is a part of PRI (Performance Review Institute) was created in 1990 to administer and elevate the manufacturing standards of the aerospace industry and its prime contractors. Nadcap's membership of "prime contractors" convene to coordinate industry-wide standards for special processes and products. Through the Performance Review Institute, Nadcap provides independent certification of manufacturing processes for the industry. PRI's mission is to be a "global provider of customer focused solutions designed to improve process and product quality by adding value, reducing total cost and promoting collaboration among stakeholders in industries where safety and quality are shared goals.
